Nothing will actually shrink them. They look large because they're clogged. Try exfoliating and incorporating a BHA/AHA.

Home remedy that I use and works great: mix honey and cinnamon powder to make a paste. Apply it after you wash your face and leave it on for about 10 minutes. This reduces redness and pores. Good luck!

Gentle exfoliation is definitely key, and a chemical exfoliator is the way to go. If you have oily skin, opt for a BHA. If you don't really have issues with overly oily skin/breakouts, an AHA would be better. Another product that I find works really well to unclog pores is Mario Badescu's Silver Powder. It's $12 for a 1 oz jar (it lasts forever!!) and it completely cleans your pores without irritation :)

I just cut up a lemon and put the juice on my face and let it dry and then wash it off. Works great.

You could use a egg white mask :) just separate the egg and put the egg white on your face for 15 mins with cotton wool :) it really helps!

Milk and magnesia, home made pore strips, And green tea bags!! Also, I bought a primer from sephora called Too faced Primed and poreless primer, its $30. it doesn't get rid of pores but it definitely hides them very well, I love it :)

If your skin can tolerate exfoliation. Then that would be the best method in my opinion, use something gentle like the St Ives Apricot scrub a few times a week, and use a natural toner I recommend using organic rose water.
The key is - keeping your pores as clean as possible. That's the only way they won't appear as visible.
Good-luck x

I agree with exfoliation. Try exfoliating cream or gel then apply anti-aging cream after 15mins.
