It looks like you have some reaction or allergy with some product. try using yougrt on your face by adding few drops of lemon juice and orange juice and a pinch of nutmeg. it is awesome as I used it too.

Does it itch or sting at all? Are the red bumps mainly on the surface of your skin rather then deep down? It looks similar to a reaction I had when I was using certain skin products and then spent some time in the sun and had this reaction. stop using any harsh lotions or face washes try using cetaphil face wash and some really mild fragrance free DAYTIME lotion for AM and PM. Keep it up until it subsides.

Honestly, without actually seeing it up close in an exam room, it's hard to say what it really is. If it is acne, it looks cystic, which can be treated in a multitude of ways, but should be looked at by a doc. If it's an allergic reaction, you would need to know what you are allergic to in order for a home remedy to be determined. However, oatmeal can be a very good allergy remedy until you can see a doc. Just mix up the oatmeal with a bit of water and apply to face. Allow to dry and then wash off with warm water.

Yes I think its cystic acne cause its very deep in my skin :( I have been to a lot of dermatologists, but the antibiotics and creams they have suggested have not treated my skin but it has made it even worse :(

Try acne.org. It is very effective to me. I let my son used it too when he started having acne and it worked.
