Hey so I got maybelline's superstay in the bottle with a pump and its very liquidly and its cakeing like MAD around the forehead,nose,in between eyebrows I'm pretty dry there but how can I make it not Cakey?

Use a setting spray as mentioned

-apply thick moisturizer and let it set for around 1 min 30seconds to 2 minutes
-apply silicone based primer and let it set for a min or two
-apply foundation with a damp sponge as vanessa said and let it dry for a minute or two
-use a moisturizing setting spray like the nuskin NapCA skin mist
