Should you apply under eye concealer over or under foundation? I've been putting it on over my foundation.

Yeah thats right cuz if you put it under foundation, itll just cover it up and then the under eye concealer would be pointless.

Try applying it before you put your foundation... Then compare both techniques and decide what looks best for you

I have bad undereye circles and I use benefit lemon-aid concealer under my eyes and then apply foundation over it and it makes them completely disappear. if there's still dark marks add a little bit of spot foundation (I use benefit boi-ing or revlon colorstay) to touch it up!

I don't even put foundation near my under eye area just concealer, I find it too cakey. I usually place my concealer and foundation where needed then blend together :)

I think over your foundation is better. Concealer is also meant to brighten up your eyes, so applying it over the foundation will help on brightening your eyes. Do whatever works for you best. (:

Over, that way you can tell what the foundation has covered so you know exactly how much to put on. Also many undereye concealers have brightening properties so you want that to shine through.
