How to do cat eye or winged eye? I have pencil eyeliner I can't go to the store to get liquid but I heard that you could use mascara any tips with that to?? Thanks?

It's pretty hard to make a cat eye with pencil. I use wet n wilds liquid eyeliner and they work great for cat eyes! Also using gel liner and an angled brush will make the perfect cat eye. You can get both from e.l.f. I wouldn't recommend using mascara for eyeliner, it will crease and make a ton of fall out :)

Put tape on the corner of your eyes where you want it to curl up. Use this to do it until you can master it on your own. It's super easy for beginners...
