You know how you can lighten blonde hair with like lemons and stuff, can you darken your hair with anything? I dye my hair black all the time and it fades immediately to this horrible ginger tinge and I'm running out of money and patience for non permanent permanent dye!! So any tips or tricks?!?

Have you been using permanent or semi perm? You could try henna. It's a more natural dye. The stuff they draw on people's hands with in India. I know Lush does henna dyes. Apart from that I don't think there is anything to make your hair darker. Put a hat on in the sun though. Most people's hair gets lightened by the sun in summer.

Coffee! It also gives your hair a great shine, mix with hot water, wait for it to cool then rinse over hair :)
Also if you live in the UK try colour restore, from boots or superdrug. It's not a hair dye, more a hair tint which us damaging. I tried the red colour restore and it was great, lasted ages x
