I learned to match your foundation to your chest as opposed to the wrist. its closer to your face as far as color. I would say you have more olive skin with cool undertones.

If your veins are blue you are cool and if they are green then you are warm..I agree the chest is the best color match.

If you can't decide emerge it not your veins are more blue out green then you are neutral.

Hi jessica. :) I also tend to match my foundation more to my neck/chest for a more uniform overall colour. you can choose various effects regarding undertone. you can go with a foundation with the same undertones as your complexion to match it, or go with the opposite to balance it out. my undertones are kind of similar to yours (pinkish cheeks, warmer neck/chest, green inner wrist veins) and I tend to choose warm-toned foundations.

Thanks ladies. @ Janice: I've been matching my foundation to my faces undertones, but then my face looks way lighter than my neck and chest. so I'll have to match to my chest. thanks for the advice.
