Hello everyone, I'm turning 21 in about 20 days and I want to change my hair color I may can do something loud but easy enough to tone down...Any opinions of what would match with my skin tone... I'm totally confused.

I reckon you should get a haircut rather than dye it, cause the color is so gorgeous! I reckon a hair cut like this would look sooo good on you!
