I have really frizzy and short hair I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on washing or health care to help my hair grow and become long again! My hair doesn't grow amazingly fast :( so if anyone has any tips or advice please help :) xoxox

Thank you so much I use a different tresemme 24hrs I think it is and a deep nourishing tresemme conditioner and I have read that some people take pills and stuff but haven't myself :) xoxox
