Hey all, I bought a new dress for a party and was wondering if you could give me some make up tips. I was thinking red lips would look nice but I've got a new black lipstick I want to wear haha, do you think that would look ok? I usually just do mascara and a little bit of eyeliner for my eye make up but I'm so open to suggestions! :)

I don't think a black lipstick would suit the dress,
I think that a nice bold red, natural eyeshadow for the eyes with eyeliner would look great with the dress,

If you really are stuck between red and black lips just pick a color in the middle like an oxblood shade (dark dark reddish brownish)
