I am dying my hair red but I've never had such problems. After dying it, it always feels and looks healthy and nourished.
Is there any permanent fix or cure for this? How can I lighten it without ruining it?

Try just dying it lighter or getting it done because bleaching is so so so unhealthy for you.

You can lift your color with a double process color (high lift blond color), or even a high volume developer with regular color, but the highest developer (40 volume) will only lift you 4 levels. Out depends how light you want to go!
