Should I Dye My Hair Brown??

I'm thinking light brown so it won't look to different, but I wanted to know if you think brown hair would look good with my skin tone, face, etc. (My friends have told me itd look good with my blue eyes, but my pupils are big in this picture so you can't really tell)

Also would it be dumb to do this in summer considering the sunlight+ chlorine I'd be in?

I think you would look fine with brown hair. If your worried about summer than you could probably just dye your hair towards the end like is August or something.

Brown hair! If you use a heat protector the UV rays shouldn't mess with the color that much. :)
