I like to do a thin wing, or when I do neutral shadows a pop or color on the waterline or lashline and smudge it out! :)

I use maybeline line stiletto liquid eyeliner on my top eyelid and wing it out and I use maybelline kohl liner in black on my water and tight line :)

I love love love doing a bold cat eye. Or even a tiny little wing. I think it makes eyes pop. It really depends on your eye shape.

I've been OBSESSED with using different color liners on my bottom lid. I like to use a teal color on my bottom (black on top obviously) and then a neutral eyeshadow with some darker contouring.
