Has anyone used Make up Forever HD? That's what I'm currently using, but I feel as if it's not giving me enough coverage. I have acne scars and would like to hide them without looking like I have a cake face on. Is there another foundation better than MUF? I tried MAC studio fix fluid and liked the coverage in the beginning, but it wore off my nose as the day went by.. Also my aunt told me that MAC face products make me look like I'm older because it brings out the fine lines in my face- has anyone had the issue?

With the MAC Studio Fix compact I had that problem recently (fine lines being highlighted on my face). I can't wear their liquid foundation so I can't comment on that. Brought out fine lines that I didn't even know existed.lol.

I had the same problem with the MUFE. Tried it with the 190, also the 187 and never had enough coverage. Now I'm using the beauty blender an the trick that I found is not make sure you squeeze as much of the water as possible I even bounce it on a towel to really get rid of the moisture outside the sponge so it doesn't thin out the foundation too much. Have been loving it now! Perfect coverage :) --Hope that helps.

I don't use this particular foundation. If a beautyblender doesn't work for you, try a Sigma F80; it's much more dense than a MAC 187 and really buffs foundation in the skin.

I have both the MAC prolong wear foundation with the mineralize skinfinsh pressed powder and also the MUFE HD and the thing I have found with the HD is to apply the primer that goes with it it blocks out any fine lines and open or dilated pores that u have going on and when using a beauty blender to use a soft patting motion as opposed to stokes works best for the MAC the same thing we have to remember ladies that our skin does age just as we do it does not stay the same and if we smoke drink heavily or get alot of sun exposure or tanning bed use that will also make thoose fine lines pop up alot sooner and no foudation is going to keep those at bay all day by itself but a good primer goes along way. It does the same for the face as it does for the eyes it blocks any creasing(fine lines) that we have and allows the products to go on with even distribution and no streaks also a kabuki brush or just your fingers are great ways to blend your foundation also the warmth from our finger tips will help the foundation to spread much evenly
