They're not pimples, they're not itchy or uncomfortable on the skin, but they are slightly red and are like teeny tiny pimpley bumps under the skin? They're sprung up overnight and I've never had then before. Any idea what they're from or how to get rid of/prevent them?

I've had those! They just pop up! The best thing to do it switch your face wash until it goes away and make sure you're rinsing it all off. Don't put any product on them or pick at them, or they will hurt!!
