Everytime I wash my face, I finish with splashing cold water a few times. this closes the pores after washing with lukewarm water.

Benefit has a primer for pores its silicone based. if you want something less expensive monistat will do the job too. although I prefer benefit(:

Try Shu Uemura - Fresh Pore Clarifying Cleansing Oil. This product is gentle for your skin and it removes make up too! Always splash your face with cold water after you wash, this helps close the pores. Also, don't forget to exfoliate at least once a week.
