Actually the tragus is the little piece of cartilage right beside that piercing.

Vertical surface Tragus. I have it and it hurt like a mofo for 4 months before it healed.

@sierra is right, it's called a vertical tragus piercing. Do a lot of research though because it is a surface piercing and has a high chance of rejection if not done properly
