When you are 13, lovely girls, you ought to focus on keeping your skin healthu because its about to get crazy for your skin. The most you should wear is a little concealer and mascara on the top lashes! I say this out of love and to help you guys out! I am 18 btw and didn't wear any makeup until the ninth grade and I wire what I said above up until Junior year!
