Oh sea salt I'm noy sure but I think Garnier has one. Just work out do cardio workouts for waist hmm when you work out put like the workout belt or like a plastic wrap it makes you burn the fat and loose water weight. Also try with a small belt everyday and slowly increase the belt it kinda works like a corset but yea corsets are better. Don't tie the belts to much just a knot more. Hope I helped. Abs I guess has to do with your workout soo I guess doing a lot of sit ups crunches and pushups

Do mountain climer exercise or do a pushup postion and like jumping jakes on the floor so only our legs move and your hands are on the ground. It helps with the ab area.

You can get Not Your Mother's brand sea salt texturizing spray at Walmart and it's only like $5 or so, it's supposed to be really good too although I've never used it personally.

I'm not sure about the sea salt spray, but for workouts, this is what I do! Get fit. To get there, this is what I used to do everyday, and it got more fit, and toned, and more of a body I wanted! Do 15-20 mins. of cardio, then stretch. (This will also increase flexibility!) Start with rolling the neck, then arms, legs, then sit on the ground and stretch, then comes the abs. I do this everyday, start with a small number of regular crunches/situps. If you're just starting, go with ten. Now what I mean by crunches/situps, is lay on the ground with a regular crunch position, cross your arms in a X over your chest, and then lift up, keeping your head looking at your knees, do two, then do two with your head looking at the ceiling ect. all the way to ten. Then do obliques, where your arms are behind your head, lift your legs up (With bent knees, at 90 degrees) And have your right elbow touch your left knee. While your right elbow and left knee moove together to touch, your right leg will extend straight forward, hovering above the ground. Then bing it back in (Without touching the ground) As you go back to the starting postition, then do the same with the opposite side. Repeat, alternating sides, until 10. Then rest for like 10 secs. then lift your legs to 90 degrees, cross your arms in an X on your chest, and do what you did at the very beginning, but with your legs in the air. Once 10 are done, repeat all three. Then do leg lifts. Have your hands on the ground by your side, or in an X across your chest, or for a bit more of a challenge, have them pulsing (By your side, moving up and down in a pulsing manner, hoving the ground) And have your legs straight out, lift them straight up, and slowely lowering them hovering the ground, and bring them back up. Do that ten times, then take a 10 sec. rest, and doing the same thing with your legs, have your arms up, and using your upper body, you will lift up, and meet your legs in the air, touching your toes. (Head would be around where knees are). Do 10 of those. Then break, 10 secs. Next one, laying straight, lift your legs so they are hovering the ground, and pulse your arms by your side, and lift your head/upper body (Like doing a crunch) And do that for around 20 seconds. Next one you will do a plank. Hold it for 10-20 seconds, then do a side plank. (I hold my self up with both hands exteding my arms, having my body facing the side. Hold that for same amount of time as you did with your regular plank. After that do the same facing the opposite direction. Then do a regular plank again, holding for same amount. Then you're done! Stretch upward, then lay on your knees with your arms out in front. (Kind of like you're praising or praying) TIPS: With stretching, hold for about 8 seconds, then the next day giveyourself some heal time and hold for 4 secs. then next day back to 8. Don't push yourself to hard. With abs, change up your routine everyonce in a while, and slowly increase in numbers! Also, eat healthier, to help with abs. And everyonce in a while, give yourself a day break, and you should notice a difference! Sorry for the novel responce, but that's how I got a toned tummy :) (I'm at 40 for numbers and seconds now aha and I did change up my routine, but stick with that for a while and you'll notice some improvements to what you like! :) Goodluck bbg! :*
