So, I fell asleep without doing my nightly routine, and of course it came off on my pillow, which is fine. but my face is so itchy! as a med student I can pretty much figure out why and how this happened but I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and how to solve it when you're just so tired you fall asleep. I HAVE to take my makeup off because of my undereye concealer. my eyes are so, SO sensitive and that's what itches and hurts the most.

Cold spoons pressed onto your eyes for a few minutes will cool things down and reduce the irritation. Put on some moisturizer and aloe vera all over your face :)
