I have blue/grey eyes and was wondering if anyone know where to get like a smokey eye kit that will make my eyes pop!??

Honestly black makes blue eyes pop! You should tight line your top lashes to make your eyes stand out , it really works (: and you should try Lorac pro it has lots of beautiful shades that could make your eyes pop, I would just try out different combinations to find the best one for you (:
