The foundation I use is from Body Shop,Extra Virgin Foundation! I'm not sure if its the foundation that makes my skin oily or is it my skin!!

I haven't tried that, but as a primer for my oily skin, I use Milk of Maganese. It's only a couple dollars in any drugstore! I apply with my fingers or a cotton ball all over my face as a primer and wait for it to dry, then apply my makeup. It makes my makeup stay forever, and leaves me completely matte! I love it! It also has helped my skin a lot (oil and blemishes).
