I don't want to throw it away as I've still got about half the pot left and it's MAC so it was a lot of money. I bought it in June last year, what should I do?

Throwing it away is honestly the best option. There are ways of restoring the moisture to it... but that just makes the product more likely to harbor bacteria and you REALLY don't want that near your eyes. :( I know, it sucks that you have to throw away so much product, but they always put in wayyyy too much anyways.

I think on beautylish there is an article on using rubbing alchohol to bring it back to its original state, hope this helps
