Hi All, I wear liquid eye-liner everyday and swear by the Rimmel exaggerate liquid eye-liner as I can get neat thin or thick lines. I really want to try out a pen eye-liner but all the cheaper ones I've tried are too thick or I find them dragging across my eyelid and not leaving neat lines.
What would you recommend and does price really make a difference with the pen eye-liners?
Thanks!

My favorite that I've been using for years is Revlon Colorstay...both the liquid and cream pencil. It is the best liquid I've found for tracking over eyelash strips to hide the glue too, so it's not all shinny. ♥♥♥

I love physicians formula's 2 in 1 lash boosting eyeliner. You can create a very precise line with it too.

I second Hannah! I love the glossy finish and the precision tip that Physician's Formula 2 in 1 Lash Boosting eyeliner has. ^_^

The best liquid eyeliner in pen form that I've used is Stila's waterproof liquid eyeliner. It goes on easily and with much precision thanks to the felt tip pen and it lasts all day.

My favorite has been NYX. The price is great and the product is great. I have had problems with other eyeliners making my eyes puffy and painful, not with this product.
I have also used Smashbox's liquid eyeliner and have enjoyed it.

Physician's Formula's 2-1 eye boosting liquid liner for me! My fav go-to for days I can't afford any time to sit and draw a line with gel liner!

I love Prestige liquid eyeliner...it is a felt tip liner and it's small, so it's very easy to use, especially for someone just experimenting with liquid liner for the first time. They have about 6 different colors, but the brown/black are my favorites.

A great drugstore liquid liner is Revlon Colorstay. It's my go-to! I also love MAC's Liquidlast Liner. It IS rather pricy, but it'll last you such a long time. Mine lasted me a year!

I've used MAC's liquid liner for years and recently fell in love with E.L.F. cream liner. It goes on super smooth and lasts all night. I don't have to set it with black shadow either.

milani has a liquid eyeliner that I swear once it dries its hell to take off but it lasts all day and is pretty dark. Also Wet n Wild has an eyeliner that its called H2O proof. Once I tried to remove the excess at the back of my hand and I spent 2 days trying to remove it.

I have used L'Oreal and Urban Decay liquid liners. I have to say I prefer Urban Decay. It has better wear time but if you're short on cash, L'Oreal is fine, but doesn't last as long.

Personally, I prefer gel liner to liquid. But my favorite liquid liner is the Urban Decay 24/7 liquid liner in perversion. BUT, I hate that it seems like you get so little product and have to spend so much. So I really only use that times where I'm feeling confident about putting on liquid liner, and only to certain occasions, so that I feel like I'm not wasting product. XD Also, the Wet N Wild pencil liquid liner isn't bad. It does transfer a little if you don't set it with a black shadow, though.

I LOVE the wet 'n' wild's liquid eyeliner "mega liner"! It lasts so long, even if it isn't waterproof and I can make a thin or a thick line with it :)
