Try not to usr anymakup that irritates the skin or has any harsh chemicals and cleanse and exfoliate with a gentle exfoliator like neutrogena so you don't rub off too much skin :))

Exercise, lots of water, wash face before bed, wear as little make up as possible get a good spot treatment, make sure that the products your using on your face suit your skin type and don't have lots of strange harsh chemicals in them. What you put into your body is what you get, eat clean! If it persists you may want to seek a dermatologist

A lot of breakouts are due to medical conditions. It may not be your makeup, nor your cleanser, but yourself. Don't be ashamed! :) I would recommend going to your local dermatologist, and asking them about differine 0.1% and even differine 0.3% depending on your acne! I used this product, and after a while, I no longer needed it! :)

Lots of breakouts are due to hormones. When your young :) but to try to keep them away as much as possible eat healty, be active, and wash your face regularly. Also putting lemon juice on your zits whenever you want to will decrease redness and size :)

Between Em L and I think we found the found the key to clear skin. Both firm believers in diet. Our skin tells the story. I cancelled out dairy products...if its not unsweetened almond or coconut milk based I'm not touching it. Found that cows milk was taking a role in causing chaos on my skin along with sugar, white flour and even white pasta. All that stuff breaks down the collagen that is the vital building block in regards to healthy skin. So as far as what I drink...hot green tea (cold green tea holds zero value), 1 shot of pure cranberry concentrate in the morning, green smoothies that I make myself and water. When I switched up my diet so did my skin and it didn't take long either for me to see results either. And I'm also big on eating colorful fruits and veggies with every single meal.
