It might just be a scratch inside your lip that got swollen if it is you going to have to put special lipstick ect depending how bad it is.

It looks like it might be a cold sore. Did you eat after anyone while you were there or did anyone else have one? Also weather and stress could have effected it. If it is a cold sore it usually takes a few days to go away, or you can buy abreva or zovirax (depending on where you live) which is a cold sore treatment. Also try not to touch it because it's contagious.
