Should I spray my hair with a heat protectant when I blow dry my hair everyday after bath? Or is it only when I do curls or blow dry into a hair-do/setting?

I use a heatprotecter when I blow dry my hair, I also use it when curling or flat ironig my hair. You can use a heatprotecter with every hot tool you're going to use

I use the aussie range of spray leave in conditioners (the one I have at the minute acts as a heat protectant as well). I always spray it on my wet hair before I blow dry it and then use another brand of heat protectant that I have use on my dry hair before I straighten it.

It use The it's a 10 leave in conditioner when I blow dry my hair and The tresemme one when I'm using flat iron or a curling iron.
