You just have to keep at it and practice! I've been practicing doing winged eyeliner, and I'm still not the best at it, but I've certainly improved. It can be frustrating (when I was 12 I tried doing winged eyeliner like Amy Winehouse and I was in tears because I couldn't do it right even though it was my first time attempting to do any kind of makeup), but if you throw in the towel you'll never get better! Just keep at it and eventually you'll improve! :)
