Except for plastic surgery I guess there's nothing you can do?
It belongs to the natural folding of the skin and lids around your eyes, part of protecting your eyes and expressing emotion (like in mookeys pic, her eyes like that give a happy thingy)

Use an egg white mask below your eyes, it will tighten the skin! Only through consistent use will you obtain results. Hope I helped! xo Carabelle.

It's hard to get rid of a wrinkle but to prevent one, stop tugging at the skin. :)
