I get tht to if I use shaving cream I put lotion on it but nothing really helps it go away

I tend to have those dots also. They are a allergic reaction to something but I doubt it's the razor and cream. With you sedative skin it is better to use a men's razor because men's razors are used for sent active skin since they use it for the face. I would also go to your doctor about the red bumps to find out exactly what allergy is causing it.

There are shaving sheets if I could call them that.. You stick them on your legs and pull.. Like waxing but nicer and cheaper..

I'm alleggic too but after I shave put any cream that has milk and it helps a lot but you have to do it as soon as I get out of the shower and do not shave so often.

To get rid of hair on legs, take a sugar and lemon paste, smear it all over and rip it off when its dry. This organic remedy will not irritate your skin like the razor did. Hope this helps you lovely!
