Definitely! Keesha, you would look great with a red lip. Try a blue red first like MAC Ruby Woo out Russian Red then if you like those you can try out a cherry red our even an orangey red.

Yes. Blue toned reds like MAC's Ruby Woo also make your teeth look whiter. From the drugstore, my favorites are Wet n Wild's 910D & 911D, ELF Matte Lip in Rich Red & the reds from Milani's new line.

You can buy wet n wild ant and drugstore near you. Even Walmart and target carry them. They're $1.99. They're perfect. And the color payoff is great, and last all day!

To apply it. Run the lipstick along your lips like you usually would and when you're done just clean and mistakes with a q-tips. (That's how I would do it)
Also you can use shadow shields to apply it and get a prefect result

RiRi Woo is limited edition & only comes out with Rihanna's MAC collections. I doubt you wanna pay crazyyyyyy amounts for it on eBay. But the other drugstore lipsticks I said the WnW is $1.99 & can be found at Walgreens or Walmart, ELF Matte Lip is $3 found at Target or ELF.com, Milani lipsticks range from $4.79-6 depending on where you get them from. They're cheaper at Walmart or Target.

Oh haha excuse the cheapos. Everyone has different taste. And it's not the brand that matters it's about how you make it work. Not to sound cocky but my cut creases are damn good, and all I use is coastal scents. So it's not all about the brands.

Your creases are excellent diggie, but how often do you wear them out? we use a box set from sephora for our experiments, but I have never encountered truly long lasting high quality lower end make up that you can wear out in the Texas heat all day

Keesha good Luck, I will update when we get our riri woo and hopefully you get yours too. lots of lipsticks at Walmart and target are $7-8 so $15 for mac seems great to me.

I'm definitely not a cheapo. If you can get your hands on RiRi Woo for $15, do it. I got mine back in May when it first released plus 2 more when it came back out last month along with her other lippies. You'll love it. Diggie is right, its not that brand that matters it's how you make it work for you. Cuz I know I've gone to MAC with plenty of cheap lippies that are dupes for a MAC color & the girls working swore up & down I was lying.

And there the difference. You're in Texas and I'm in Cali. You're right about long lasting but no makeup lasts all day exactly. Every makeup fades. But I understand where you're coming from.

I was once a loyal MAC and Lancome devotee, but the more I have learned (and am still learning) about cosmetic chemistry... I base my choices on formulas, not marketing. NYX has some amazing reds. Chaos and Hero are 2 of my absolute favorites.

Hey I have no problem with cheap I'm still going 2 buy what you guys suggested as well ass the riri IF only I can get it for 15 I'm one of those ppl who refuses to buy expensive makeup for 1. I have two kids (#1 priority makeup is just an accessory) 2. I only wear eyeshadow I'm just getting into lipsticks 3. I only wear them occasionally...but thanks you all for the wonderful advice and yes I'm going to buy what everyone suggested...nite my beautiful beautylish kings and queens <3.
