Foundation on myself because I don't generally wear a lot of eye makeup other than neutrals, but I always do eyes first on my clients so I can be sure it's what they wanted and I don't have to worry about clean up.

I do my foundation first because I HAVE to have my brows done before I do my eyeshadow.. and I cannot do my brows without my foundation on first lol.. I never have problems with fallout so it works for me.
