:) You can always moisturize your face before application. Also, if you are using a brush or blender, it is best to swipe in a downward motion because peachfuzz can be caused by going against your natural face hairs, thus causing cakiness! :)

Moisturize before you put any makeup on your skin. Do you whole skin routine then spritz with Mac's Fix+ or Urban Decay's Dew Me. And make sure you are using a "setting powder" to set your foundation, not "finishing powder" there is a difference.

Put mostruizer on top and blend it in with duol fiber, then go over eith normal foundation brush and beauty blender.
