I HAVE BLUE EYES<3 I put white or light coloured eyeshadow in the inner corner, use dark brown eyeliner on my upper lash line (black is too harsh on fair skin), then take a dark brown eyeshadow and line my outer lower lash line with that. Next I take a gold metallic eyeshadow and line the middle lower lash line. Using the metallic gold in the centre of the eye draws the attention to your eyes beautifully! After that, I take the same eyeshadow and put a line right above the eyeliner I applied to the top of my eyelashes. Finish with a clear mascara or a brownish black mascara!! It works sooo well to draw everyone's attention to the eyes!
