I wouldn't recommend using gel on the bottom inner lid, thts just my little rule though haha.

I always do the outside corners first , I like doing a winged look and if I do the outside first I can get them to match (I also use a bit of tape or a shadow shield when applying my shadow so I have a base line to work with )
