Good shampoo/condition for Dry/Damaged hair?

Everytime I leave my hair out naturally it feels so damp,any conditioner or shampoo that actually works well for this issue?

I'm not sure of any shampoos or conditioners but if you do olive oil treatments on your hair it leaves it super soft and shiny and mine always feels healthier after (:
