It depends on your skin, I have sensitive skin and it hurt the first time I got it done, but after a while you get used to it. It's not that bad :)

It's kind of like getting your ears pierced there's the instant shock and sting but it's only for seconds and its not too painful at all.

No, only when they put the wax on you, but its not unbearable pain in any means. But it broke me out between my eyes afterwards:( good luck!
