Hey I got this lace white dress at wet seal today. And I'm thinking of wearing it for 4th of July. Ill prob Wear my denim jacket with it but I don't know what else to do. Do you guys have any makeup or hair ideas ( I have short hair)

Maybe curl your hair with a wand? c: for you make up, a nice red lipstick would look nice with your dress, and a winged eye liner with some mascara ;) you will look great!
