Thanks everybody I try some of these and I tryed Carabelles no honey face mask like and hour ago and I can already see results.

Go in the shower everyday but wash your hair every other day as the oils from your hair react on your face causing the pores to block also do not use any makeup in your face even moisturiser this blocks your pores and creates a puss like substance on your face. Also I wouldn't recommend washing your face in a sink or wash basin as you don't know what germs or bacteria are on your hands or in the washing area - hope this helped
