Cerave is amazing and my dermatologist recommended it also...so far I love it and can see a difference in my skin. I have been using the day and night time face lotions as well.

It depends on your skin type and what kind of acne you have honestly look for products that cater to your skin - I have oily/combo sensitive skin so I find natural products work better for me so I use Alba botanica acnedote line as well as other natural products like witch hazel n tea tree oil - otherwise Mario badescu has some great products for every skin type just go online take the survey and they will send you a skin regiment and some free samples.

Simple daily, snt Ives weekly is what I have found works...I use Cetaphil instead of Simple to mix it up. On top of this, when in feeling fancy, I use almond oil to calm my skin, dr Dennis gross to refresh my skin...all this keeps the blemishes as bay! x

Definitely organic cleansers! On days with no breakouts, you could try cetaphil. But on bad days, use a DIY oat cleanser. Does not irritate the skin and helps in cleansing and a little exfoliating! I use it as my daily routine! Hope this helps, xo Carabelle.
