Tips For Fair Skin With Freckles??

I have mildly fair skin and since its summer I have been getting a nice dash of freckles around my face. does anyone know of any foundation that would smooth my complection (because I have very mild rosasia) yet not cover my natural tone or freckles.

My eyes are usually kind of a light purply and my cheeks are really my ownly areas that I tend to truly apply my foundation.
