I know that one curler you can cross off your list is the Sally Hanson one, its bad don't buy it. It pinches and the pads come off all the time. Hope you find a good one!

I found one at rue 21 for like 2 bucks but forever 21 also has some on the cheap and I own a lot of elf products including their brushes and have never been disappointed with any of it so I'm sure there lash curler would be great.
