I wanted to know how fast red hait fades out and what to do for maintenance in between colorings. Also ifi would dye it a dfft color afterwards would the red still show through I want to avoid that.

Wash your hair with cool water..mine typical fades really fast and I've never had a problem with it showing through after coloring it a different color.

Always rinse your hair with cool water and use a color protect shampoo and conditioner.

You can mix a bit of dye in with your shampoo to maintain the color
