Tbh, when it comes to down there I say wax. I know it's a hard thought for some ladies but it's cleaner closer and smoother, not to mention no cuts and lasts longer!

I tried waxing and it does last longer but isn't the same as shaving, exfoliate before hand and shave against the grain even tho they say not to. use sorbolene cream and also I have noticed that the longer I let the hair grow the smoother it is when I do shave, to often and the skin will be irritated

After getting done apply a little deodorant, especially like dove with moisturizer in it. I just take the stick, whoosh, whoosh and whoosh. It pulls the sting and redness straight out (think of how if you get underarm burn too) and keeps it from rubbing, perspiring and helps with growth. I swear by this. I have tried every razor bump cream and whatnot out there and always go back to a little deodorant :)

Wax... it lasts longer, you get a smoother result, you hairs grow back finer and in most cases will lessen or retard some of your hair growth.

After I shave I use Aloe Vera gel to soothe it.

I always had the same problem. now I use a men's razor, the Gillette fusion is amazingggg. soak the area you want to shave in water to loosen the hair, you can apply a thin layer of aveeno shaving cream and then shave with the grain the first time you do it to cause less irritation. then afterwards apply bikini zone cream or bump stopper cream, I swear by this stuff. I have extremely sensitive skin and its easily irritated by shaving but I have had no problems with the method I just told you :)

Use a lot of shaving cream to keep the razor from attacking a bare surface. Be gentle!!
