I've used sugar, salt and meal based scrubs before... I like the brown sugar ones the best they smell the best but that's cause I have a baking addiction <3

Sugar scrubs work great on your body. Not sure if you should use a sugar scrub on your face because it might be too rough for your skin.
Here's a link to my Lemom Sugar scrub with grapeseed oil. It felt like my skin was drinking in moisture and I didn't need to moisturize after my shower.

If you guys like the Fresh sugar scrub, try the Tree Hut version found at Ulta or Walmart! It's a pretty good dupe!
Add used coffee grinds [FREE from Starbucks!] to your scrubs for a "caffeine" scrub effect that can help with cellulite. =D
