Ok, so I need advice on how to do an olive oil treatment in my hair! My hair is quite dry from changing colours so often, red to blonde to brown, back to red, back to brown etc! My pet hate is greasy hair, so I need to know if this is any good for me? And how do I do it? Warm or cool oil? Wet or dry hair? Rinse out and wash or no wash and rinse? Before or after conditioning? Help! I've heard great things but don't know exactly how to do it!! Xxx

Start with dry hair, use a spray bottle to dampen it first if you'd like (might be easier to spread the oil). Then heat up a little oil in the microwave (not too hot), dump it all over the length of your hair. If you are nervous about it looking greasy then don't put it on your roots. Wrap it up or put on a shower cap. Wait 30-60 minutes or as long as you'd like. Rinse it out then shampoo and condition as normal

I mix olive oil and coconut oil together and I rub it all over my hair, clip it up and put a shower cap for about an hour. Then I wash it out with shampoo really well then after put a little conditioner on my ends. Hope this helps :)

Put some olive oil in a bowl and heat it up so it's warm, apply it to wet hair from the roots to the tips, let it sit for 30-60 minutes or over night then rinse out thoroughly with shampoo and conditioner :)
