How do I get my hair to grow faster because its been about the same length for a year and I've been trying to grow it out.

Trim the split/dead ends of and use castor oil or coconut oil :)

Wear it down, don't use heat, when you aren't doing anything just trim off one by one your split ends to promote healthy growth. My hair is down to my bum!
