I was thinking about blending eyeshadow with clear lipgloss but I don't know if that's such a good idea.
I'm looking for an at home solution, I'm kinda on a budget atm.
Help? :D

I've actually done the petroleum jelly/eyeshadow method. You mix eyeshadow w/ petroleum jelly then stored it in a little jar. I'll be honest though, I don't really use it, I only did it to try to see if it works & it does!
You could also do it with a clear lip balm that you don't use anymore.
Sometimes, I apply a very moisturizing lip balm that doesn't sink into the lips too much, then pat on eyeshadow on top of my lips & mix. It works well when I'm just paying with makeup & want to do a black lip or something. Try both depending on what you're looking to do! :D

Do you have any loose pigments? They might work better than an eyeshadow. Or lots of cream blushes can double as lippies.
