so my skin is a combination, dry from the surface and yet a little bit oily sometimes. I'm thinking of starting to use a foundation again because my skin tone is a little bit uneven and of course I want it to be flawless :) so any good and light foundations? I would not want it to be too thick because I'm afraid of getting pimples :D

it can also be a tinted moisturizer.

Laura Mercier oil-free tinted moisturizer is good and I also really like Tarte's foundations :) Hope this helps!

thanks!

Chanel Perfection Lumiere, Lancome Teint Idole 24 Hr, or from the drugstore Rimmel Clean start. If you want to see how they actually look the first 16 or so post on my blog are dedicated to foundation reviews, with pictures of before and after.

Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer is amazing. From Chanel I would actually recommend the vitalumiere aqua. The perfection lumiere is definitely a heavier coverage. The vitalumiere aqua is a very light water based foundation, if you have dry skin on the surface this will be your best friend

Bobbi Brown do great pale foundations and they go on really light - it looks so natural as if you're not even wearing foundation! Not so great coverage though.
