HELP!! Highlights at home??

Hey girlies, I want to get light-blonde highlights but I don't think it's fair paying more than 60 pounds to get them done. Do you know how I could do them at home? I know there is a highlight kit in american pharmacies but I live in the UK and I never found any! Helpppp :(

I live in the UK and use a kit by Jerome Russel called BBlonde! It's amazing!

My hair is naturally blonde, and I wanted to order it but my prom is in 24 days and on eBay it said it could take more than that :(

Go to super drug or boots I live in the uk too I'm pretty sure they've got shops everywhere I use to get high light kit from there :)
